Return & Warranty Policy At Cuckoo International (MAL) Berhad, we are committed to providing products and services of the highest quality.

1. Warranty Coverage All Cuckoo products come with official warranty coverage as stated in the product documentation. Warranty includes parts and labour for manufacturing defects only. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repair.

2. Service & Maintenance For rental or subscription packages, regular servicing and filter replacement are included as per your contract terms. Customers will be contacted for scheduled maintenance by our Cuckoo service team.

3. Product Returns Returns are only accepted for defective products reported within 7 days of installation or delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Replacement or refund will be processed after inspection and confirmation by Cuckoo International (MAL) Berhad.
