The Cuckoo Rental Plan is an affordable way to own a premium water purifier with low monthly payments. It includes free installation, periodic service (every 4 months), and filter replacements throughout the contract period. After the rental term ends , the machine belongs to you permanently!

3. Do I need a credit card to apply for Cuckoo products?

No credit card? No problem! You can apply for a Cuckoo rental plan using your debit card . The application process is simple and paperless. Just contact Alson, your authorized agent, and we can get your application approved quickly.

4. How long does the installation take after I order?

We strive for speed! Once your application is approved, Cuckoo’s official technicians typically complete the installation within 2 to 5 working days (subject to slot availability). We cover the whole of Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak.

5. Why should I order through an Authorized Agent like Alson?
